Nick is a dedicated and compassionate an associate lawyer at Legalbird who practices primarily in family law. He received his Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, double majoring in Ethics Society & Law, and Industrial Relations & Human Resources. Nick returned to British Columbia to complete law school, receiving his J.D. from the University of Victoria.

Nick prides himself on helping clients navigate the complex nature of family law disputes with clarity, transparency, and efficiency. As an undergraduate student, Nick worked as a court reporter in various criminal and family courts in Ontario which provided him insight into the daunting reality of the struggles people faced when navigating the legal system unassisted. As a result, he has built his practice on providing relief for clients by keeping family matters straightforward, understandable, and always oriented towards the client’s goals. He has represented family law clients at both the Supreme Court and Provincial Court level, and frequently advises clients on issues of divorce, parenting time, spousal support, child support, and property division.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending his time fencing, trying new foods, and watching the Vancouver Canucks.

Nick is also a volunteer lawyer with Access Pro Bono.
